These are the sizes of Transformer you may use. Following each size is an example from the TF movies. Keep in mind that the heavier you are the slower you will be.

Minibot (Jazz)
Deluxe (Bumblebee)
Mega (Ironhide)
Ultra (Optimus Prime, Megatron)
Super (Devastator)
